Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the legal agreement between you (“Trader”, “Client”, or “User”) and BestS Group Limited (also known as FundingCrypto) (“BestS Group”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By registering for or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

This Policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and related procedures for all Services provided through our website and trading platform. Please review it carefully before purchasing or participating in any evaluation program.

2. General Policy

All purchases made through our platform — including, but not limited to, evaluation or challenge fees — are considered final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Policy.

By completing payment, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed the description of the Service before purchasing;


  • You understand that access to digital Services is granted immediately after purchase;


  • You waive any right to request a refund except as outlined below.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:


  • The user cancels or deletes their Trader Account after purchase.

  • The user voluntarily discontinues participation before completing the evaluation.

  • The user fails to comply with trading rules, Terms of Use, or violates any Service agreement.

  • The user fails to complete both required evaluation phases successfully. The user’s access is revoked due to suspected fraud, chargeback attempts, or misuse.

  • The user is identified as “high risk” by our payment processor and fails to submit required verification documentation within the requested timeframe (usually 24 hours).


    All purchases are treated as final once Services are delivered or access to the evaluation environment has been granted.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund of the original challenge fee may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The Trader has successfully completed all required evaluation phases,

  • The Trader has reached their first profit split day within a Funded Account, and

  • The Trader remains in full compliance with all Terms of Use, trading rules, and verification requirements.


    Once these criteria are met, BestS Group will process a full refund of the original challenge fee for that specific evaluation level.

    Refunded amounts may, at the Trader’s discretion, be credited toward future challenges or withdrawn according to our payout schedule.

5. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Processing time may vary depending on payment providers but typically takes 5–10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.

6. Cancellations

Because our products and services are digital and delivered instantly, cancellations are not permitted once access to the evaluation program has been provided. In certain cases, and only at the discretion of BestS Group, a cancellation request prior to the activation of the evaluation account may be approved, subject to administrative fees and internal review.

7. Fraud, Abuse, or Misconduct

BestS Group reserves the right to deny refunds and terminate access if fraudulent behavior, misuse, or violation of terms is detected. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting chargebacks after accessing the platform, Sharing account access,

  • Exploiting software or price feeds,

  • Engaging in any prohibited trading activity.

    In such cases, no refund shall be issued, and the account may be permanently terminated.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the qualifying event.


All refund and dispute requests must be made in writing and include supporting evidence.

Decisions made by BestS Group regarding refund eligibility are final.

9. Amendments

BestS Group reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under or related to this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
